CALL FOR EXTERNAL PANELS

The Meetings welcome the submission of panels organized by researchers who are not affiliated with CEPS. The panel organisers should submit the panel proposal and include all the talks on their panel. Each panel should consist of either 3 or 6 talks. If you plan to organize a panel between 6 and 9 talks, please contact us after submitting the form. 

If you are interested in organising a panel, we kindly request that you submit the panel description and all abstracts using the abstract submission form. Please, ensure that you select the correct panel throughout the filling of the form. ​
The deadline for panel submissions is February 28th. Notifications of acceptance will be sent by March 15th, 2026.
